Find the products you want by following the instructions in the 'FINDING PRODUCTS' and 'PRODUCT SEARCH' sections above. Click on the box next to the product under 'QTY' and type in the quantity you want.

Click on '+' next to the box. A new page will appear showing the product you have selected and the total price. To add further products to your enquiry, either click the 'CONTINUE SHOPPING' button or begin another search.

To delete a product from your enquiry, click on the red 'X' next to it.

To change the quantity of a product, click on the box next to the product under 'QTY', type in the quantity you need and then click 'RECALCULATE'.

If you are logged in, you can give this enquiry a reference by clicking on the box next to 'NAME THIS ENQUIRY' and typing in the details - a job number or customer's name, for example.

Whenever you begin a new enquiry, a panel will appear on the left-hand side of the screen. This shows the number of product lines and the (ex VAT) value of your order so far. From here you can view the full enquiry or turn the enquiry into an online order (providing you are logged in).

All enquiries are saved automatically, even if you do not proceed with the order.
