Click on either the 'ACCOUNTS' section title, or the 'VIEW YOUR ACCOUNT DETAILS' link that is deisplayed within the 'LOGGED IN' area at the top of the page. The 'MY ACCOUNT' page will appear.
If you would like to be kept up-to-date with the latest developments and offers, please enter your email address in the relevant box, select an email format using the samll circular buttons to the right, and click 'SUBMIT CHANGES'.
To view previous enquiries that you have made, click on a dated enquiry under 'SAVED ENQUIRIES'.
To check your current account status, look under the 'ACCOUNT BALANCE' section.
To change your local branch, either enter your postcode or choose a branch from the box in the 'LOCAL/ WEB BRANCH INFORMATION' section lower down the page and click 'CONTINUE'. You can do this just for the current computer session (until you log off) or permanently.
To change your password, enter your current password and a new password (twice) in the appropriate boxes within the 'LOGIN & PASSWORD DETAILS' section and click 'SUBMIT CHANGES'.
To apply for a 'CREDIT ACCOUNT' or 'TRADE CASH CARD', click on the relevant header from the left-hand side 'ACCOUNTS' menu. A new page will appear. Enter the requested details and click 'CONTINUE'.
To check details of your negotiated pricing terms, click on 'PRICING TERMS' under the left-hand side 'ACCOUNTS' menu. (For more information read the 'PRICING TERMS' section of this User Guide).
To review previous invoices, credit notes and statements, click on 'COPY DUCUMENTS' within the 'ACCOUNTS' menu, select the type of document you wish to search for, then identify eitehr the month or the year, branch and document number and click 'CONTINUE'.
To create a quote for one of your customers, first create an enquiry then click on 'CUSTOMER QUOTATION' under the 'ACCOUNTS' menu. Type in the relevant details and click on 'CONTINUE'. You also have the option of personalising the quote with your own logo. Click 'CONTINUE' to view a printable version of the customer's quote - use the print button in your web browser to print it.
