 E-Billing
  1. The e-billing service from TRADEMATE is a free facility that allows you to benefit from having your invoices sent to you electronically by email. Once you hae received your email invoices, you are free to browse through them offline. Each invoice is uniquely numbered within each month to help you organise them.

    To explore the potential of our e-billing service, click on the 'SERVICES' section title. A new page will appear.

  2. Click on 'E-BILLING' to view a brief description of the available service.

  3. To request a sample e-billing invoice prior to registering, click on 'REQUEST A SAMPLE E-BILLING INVOICE VIA EMAIL' in the centre of the page. This will take you to another page requesting your email address.

  4. Enter your email address in the box and click the 'SUBMIT' button.

  5. To view the sample invoice that you requested, launch your email software package (eg, Microsoft Outlook) and check your Inbox for 'Travis Perkins sample e-billing invoice'. The invoice displayed will be similar to the e-billing invoice you will receive if you choose to register for the service.

  6. If you decide to register for the e-billing service, simply repeat steps 1 and 2 above and then click on 'REGISTER FOR E-BILLING' in the centre of the page.

  7. Registering for our e-billing service involves three stages - entering e-billing details, confirming receipt of a test email and Credit Control authorisation. First, enter your details in the text fields provided an click 'CONTINUE' to receive your test email.

  8. To complete the second stage of the registration process, launch your email package and check your Inbox. Read through the email 'Travis Perkins e-billing registration information', check that your details are correct and click the link 'CLICK HERE' to confirm receipt of the email.

  9. The link from the email will take you back to the TRADEMATE site and the third and final stage of the registration process. Once the Credit Control team has checked your details, your request will be authorised and you will be able to use the e-billing facility for all future invoicing.
